He worked as the Executive Director / Chief Financial Officer for C.W. Mackie Group of Companies from September 1991 until September 2011. He is a proven successful Businessman who has been instrumental and influential in reviving many sectors & businesses within the organizations he had worked for, restoring financial stability and reinstating profitability. He has worked for many leading companies in Sri Lanka and overseas.

He brings in his wealth of experience to Evolve Technologies (Pvt.) Limited and plays a vital role in management & administration of the organization and the overall steady growth of profitability.

Nishantha Pintoe carries over 20 years of experience in various sectors of Information Technology which includes Software Development, Business Analysis and Design, ERP Implementations, Project Management, IT Consultancy, Product Management, Customer Service & Senior Level Management.

He is instrumental in Research and Development of new IT products and services, assessing feasibility of deployment and involved in designing new products based on organizational requirements.

He is also a seasoned ERP Consultant/Project Manager with extensive experience in Financial, Operational, Manufacturing and Management Information Systems with specific emphasis on business studies and subsequent implementation of IT solutions.

Ashan Pintoe is a ripped, skillful professional in the Sales & Marketing areas. He has the marketing knowledge and expertise of a number of industries from different continents and has directly been involved in developing and making massive revenue for the Organizations.

He has more than 8 years' experience in the BPO industry itself which involves in Accounting & Finance, IT, Software development and 7 years' experience in the Investment, Financial advising and the cyber security market.
